A blend of Cabernet, Shiraz and Merlot delivers a delicious, soft, fruit-driven wine with a dry finish. Enjoyed it with lamb shanks and pizza in those warm summer months. It’s fresh and crisp yet those subtle fruit flavors still come though. As always, serve chilled to get the best out of this style of wine. Vol. 10%. Sweet Red.

‘Our signature wine’
Estate-grown Chambourcin. Touch of sweetness, soft and full flavoured. Great served very chilled. 11% Food suggest- Sticky pork ribs, anything with a spice of heat.

“Another Brew” Chocolate Port
Enjoy something a little different… and who doesn’t love chocolate? 500mL. 17% This is a 12-year-old tawny styled port with the vanilla and chocolate enhanced in the last stage of the making process. Food suggest- At the beginning or the end of any meal but particularly delicious as or with a dessert.
