Aileen
Aileen has been working at the QWC for the past 20 years! She is Judi’s right hand person and has a great persona. She loves sharing the wines of the QWC with anyone who comes through our door. Her professional manner and warmth exudes and it indeed a privilege to be working beside her. When next at the QWC take a great look around the merchandise that Aileen works very hard to keep fresh and beautifully presented. There are always great bargains to be had!
Emalee
Emalee is a real gem! Her wine knowledge is extensive for one so young! Everyone who is lucky enough to be served by Emalee all love her presentation of our wines and her friendly demeanour she is a welcomed addition to our team.
Emilie
Emilie, another great addition to our Cellar Door team! Emilie has artistic characteristics that add to her presentations of our wines. Just like Emalee, her wine knowledge is exceptional and her pleasant manner welcoming.
Gary
Gary loves people and enjoys a wine. What a great combination! Gary is a great conversationalist and with his journalist background, his command of the english language brings a fresh presentation to our wine list.
David
David, our newest addition to our team, is able to adapt to any persons needs when it comes to giving a wine tasting experience. He has a friendly manner, big personality and very capable.

Judi
Judi is fully licensed to trade wines and liquors, manage licensed venues and manage and run the Queensland Wine Centre. Briefly Judi has had a lot of experience dealing with people in many differing situations. Apart from her licensing in the liquor trade, she owns 2 other companies, is a published author, public speaker and says she know 2 things ~ how to look after people and drink wine! Her bubbly personality brings fun and a new level of service to the patrons who visit and are wine club members of the Queensland Wine Centre.

Our showcase grape for the month of May is Chambourcin!
Chambourcin, is a vigorous, disease-resistant French-American hybrid developed in the Loire Valley of France. Noted for evocative herbal aromas and crisp acidity, Chambourcin is typically made in a dry style into full-flavored wines that showcase a wide variety of berries.
At Cedar Creek Estate, we make different styles of wine with this grape. The most popular is our Revelation Red and Seduction. Fruity styled cold reds, served well with pepperoni pizza or for a chilly night spaghetti bolognese with chilli added.
